Our Returns Policy/Exchange Policy
You may return most items sold by ZONAclothing.com within 14 day from the date of shipment. All returns from the Continental United States can be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please include your order number, name, address and phone number for quick and efficient processing.
We are unable to accept returns of certain items, including:
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. * Any product missing the serial number or UPC. * Underwear or Swimsuits * Last Call Sale Items * Grooming Products
All items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to the customer at their expense. Any item that shipping is not paid for within 14 days of 1st contact to the customer will be forfeited.
Privacy is taken very seriously at ZONAclothing.com! Our privacy policy is simple. We will not provide, rent, or make available in any way, our customer information to any parties outside of ZONAclothing.com. Period. All customer information is stored offline in an encrypted format in a secure data environment. No personally identifiable information is collected on visitors to our site.
Customer order information, i.e. Bill To and Ship To addresses, credit card information and phone numbers, are used to process the order only. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls are made. If you are uncomfortable providing your phone number, please enter 555-555-5555 in the phone number field.
Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipment updates. Information you provide to us during the ordering process is never shared, sold or rented by us to others for solicitations of any kind... THAT'S IT !
